Holy Fire® REIKI FUSION is an integrative version using gentle bodywork, energy healing and ancient wisdom techniques as well as visualizations and guidance. I use the wisdom of cards and chakra reading to find imbalances. All is interwoven into an intuitive healing meditative flow raising your vibration and frequency.
I was trained in the Usui Reiki Ryoho method and Holy Fire Reiki®. Amongst other things, we purposefully lay on hands to release blockages and balance your chi or energy flow. Clients leave feeling a sense of lightness, relaxation and calm, with tools for personal growth and well-being.
In online distant sessions we use remote Chakra Reading, Intuitive Guidance, Meditations and Visualizations. I will be drawing cards for further clarification and inspiration.
In many civilizations there have been various forms of energy healing, or hands-on methods practiced for thousands of years. These ancient healing arts were considered miracles. As modern science and alternative therapies evolve, these sacred arts become more accessible and more widely accepted with great success. Reiki, whether you see me in person or for a distant session, energy healing has a variety of health benefits, but it is especially useful supporting serious illnesses, managing chronic pain and stress levels, help cope with anxiety and depression, promote focus, well-being and a calm, positive mind. A wonderful mental, emotional and spiritual support, my Reiki insights help you develop clarity and purpose in life and feel more balance and joy.
Reiki energy healing is also a process! Just as many things in life take time, so does energy work which you can imagine as a “Body Mind Farm” where seeds, sprouts, plants and fruits will grow at their own rate, depending on who you are and how much work you are willing to put into your sacred path. The layers of our energetic matrix need to shift, and slowly adjust. Our patterns or belief systems might have to catch up. That means, we might be on a journey together...

My classes incorporate breath, meditation and enlightening awareness techniques to fully capture the yogic spirit. I encourage students to be mindful and patient with themselves, yet be courageous to find their edge and truly make it their own practice. I specialize in slower vinyasa flows, with creative variations and Yin Yoga.
If you are a beginner or newcomer, or someone that has shed away due to some self limiting beliefs, I will help you get on the road for you to find your authentic practice.
I can assist you with lots of modifications and small sequences to grow your yoga and meditation practice.
My background in bodywork is of great value to understand the human body and what you might need to gently and consciously improve your flexibility, range of motion and work with physical limitations to find yourself at ease in your practice.
You can catch me in a class setting and I am available for private sessions, a great way to get focused attention and care and individualized instruction.

Once or twice a year I lead Yoga and Meditation retreats, where our focus is to find our own sacred wisdom and wholeness, with nourishing meals to balance, and rejuvenate the soul in a peaceful nature setting.

The practice of yoga helps us stay more flexible and aligned within ourselves, improve focus and mood imbalances and support a healthy life style so we can feel more joy and content. My personal Yoga and Meditation practice as well as studying Philosophy and Buddhist Thought for many years has given me much peace and as a result I have always felt more at ease and in touch with the human spirit.
When we move and harmonize our body, mind and spirit, we create a peaceful and aware life that not only enlightens the individual, but affects and reflects on our community and the society we live in.
After more than 20 years of a personal yoga practice, I have completed the 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2017, Meditation Teacher Training in 2019, and Yin Yoga Teacher Training in 2024. I am registered as a Yoga & Meditation Teacher with the Yoga Alliance. I have been teaching weekly mindful Yoga classes.
It brings me joy and an abundance of lightness to be able to share this practice with my students.

My path led me to become a Certified Astrologer with the Rebecca Gordon Astrology School in 2023. Previously I studied Esoteric Astrology and Ageless Wisdom with the late Joy Om.
The ancient craft of Soul Astrology explores the spiritual and psychological essence of a person and unlocks your Soul's potential. It shows the mystic and intimate connection between the heavenly bodies and our human existence.
Core themes of your birth chart will illuminate the qualities of your identity, your approach to relationships, your communication style, your karmic past and your future potential, your soul's purpose, and where you need healing and balance.
The energies of the planets, the signs they are ruling and the houses they inhabit are providing stories of a life and a soul's journey. We are here to uncover new perspectives, hidden traits, patterns, habits and create awareness so possibilities will present themselves.
