Payments:
Cash, Check, Credit Card or Venmo @Claudia-Milius (please befriend me & send an Emoji). Fees are total amounts. Tips not required.
New Clients will receive an invoice to pre-pay their first session before scheduled appointment is complete.
Services:
24-hour cancellation notice required for scheduled appointments. Full payment due if canceled in less than 24 hours. DO NOT come in if you are sick. We will reschedule you.
Spirit Circle or Classes:
24-hour notice required to receive a refund or apply fee to a later date. No refunds or credits thereafter.
Trainings and Retreats:
$100/$200 deposit holds you a spot. If canceled before the due date, 100% will be returned minus 5% service fee.
If you payed in full and cancel before the due date, the fee will be returned to you minus 5% service fee.
If you need to cancel after the due date, no refunds, and fees may or may not be applied to future trainings or retreats upon approval. Contact administrator.
